No returns/exchanges unless the product(s) shipped were damaged beyond playability in shipping. Dinged corners do tend happen from time to time and it is the risk you take when ordering mailorder. All records are shipped outside of the jackets to avoid seam splitting on the covers.

Any customer that has a package lost more than once, will not be allowed to order anything without an expensive priority status, which will allow for greater tracking purposes.
